IBM spinoff
IBM used to be the epitome of business stability and reliability. However, the company terminated all knowledgeable personnel due to cost-cutting measures, as its own management lacked proficiency.
Just as a lizard tears off its tail, so IBM tries to do the next attempt to save itself. The Blind high management again did not found the right approach, and destroys instead of build. Yes, cutting is much easier than creating, instead to improve its own culture. This is typical for the companies which only care about the profit. Let`s meet Kyndryl
Why did the company split? The answer can be found in the speculative market through the article “Warren Buffett says Berkshire Hathaway has completely sold out of IBM“.
How does IBM typically solve its problems? The method has been established for years and has been adopted by several corporations. Its author is none other than Josef Stalin.

“When there’s a person, there’s a problem. When there’s no person, there’s no problem.
Josef Stalin”
Cannibalism is a frequently employed strategy among these corporations in order to stay afloat. However, this tactic is now ineffective in a world where resources are constrained. It is unfeasible to sustain perpetual growth in a finite environment, and these companies ought to be aware of this fundamental natural principle, unless they are either oblivious or avaricious.
Undoubtedly, GTS was an orphaned division, akin to an adopted child that a family desires but is unwilling to nurture. It is implausible that any enterprise would amputate a lucrative segment of its operations and relinquish it to an outside entity. This includes IBM.

IBM’s demise can be attributed to its greed and disregard for its workforce. Despite repeated pleas from employees for change, management has turned a blind eye, unwilling to invest in its people.
IBM should have started implementing changes in 2012 to avoid the current situation. Unfortunately, they were tardy in their efforts. The lizard’s tail wouldn’t be broken if IBM had acted in a timely manner. Ginni’s purported transformations have not yielded any positive results and have instead alienated customers who were already dissatisfied with the inferior quality of services. The notion that IBM prioritizes customer care is a myth that has long been debunked. Their primary concern is profit, exemplifying a modern capitalist ideology.
NewCo’s supposed prosperity and high-income status is yet another falsehood. IBM has a history of wreaking havoc, as evidenced by the abandonment of GTS after its destruction. RedHat will suffer a similar fate due to IBM’s archaic mindset and misguided leadership.
I am indifferent towards IBM, GTS, and NewCo. My concern lies with those who have been misled. The employees of IBM have been fed false information regarding the success and profits of the company and GTS. Time and time again, it is the workers who bear the burden of mistakes made by management in the past. Although they were once considered essential to IBM’s structure, few individuals believe the fraudulent claims made by the corporation.
Another falsehood: the supposed greatness and prosperity of NewCo. These insubstantial tales stem from a manager’s diseased mind, one who lacks the knowledge to act with integrity but still clings to their salary. I recognize the difficulty of resisting indoctrination while striving for excellence.
Here is one of your opinions shared in the internet “Arvind’s plan for IBM (INDIAN Business Machine) is to split the company into multiple small chunks NewCo, OldCo, FutureCo, thisCo, thatCo, and then sell these Cos to Tata, Wipro, Cogent etc. Another American company will disappear like never existed and Indian companies will rule.“
NewCo is currently only a provisional name. The company’s name has yet to be determined as the high-ranking management at IBM remains uncertain about their next course of action. Unfortunately, IBM has delayed recruiting fresh talent from external sources, which is needed to infuse new ideas to the company. This is due to their preference for employees with corporate experience, which has hindered their ability to innovate.
How can we solve this problem? A general strike would be effective if people acknowledged their power. It would only take a week for such companies to crumble without their workforce. Unfortunately, many individuals lack the courage to take action. I recall a time when people successfully went on strike and obtained their desired results, leading to satisfaction. Regrettably, those days appear to be gone, and we are left with harsh times and enslavement. Primarily, we must regulate the avaricious rather than the deprived.

Employees from IBM Brno have sent us emails regarding their future. There seems to be confusion on their part about their connection to IBM or GTS. For clarification, it is important to note that IBM Brno is not IBM but a Czech company known as “IBM Global Delivery Center,” with “IBM” in its name. This company have local but formal owners . Consequently, Czech IBM employees are already part of NewCo, which will continue to operate labor-intensive work for IBM in the future without job reductions, while also utilizing less expensive labor. The name of the company is insignificant when compared to the location, as certain countries offer lower labor costs, regardless of the company’s name.
The company has several reasons to change its name. However, this will be the sole alteration, as everything else will remain unchanged. Unfortunately, the non-IT management has been substandard, resulting in the loss of customers.
