Discrepancies of IT salaries across European Union

It is unlikely that anyone will be surprised if I say that double standards exist in the European Union. This is obvious, and is expressed not only in the amount of salaries, but also in the quality of life. It is obvious that in the countries of Eastern Europe, salaries are significantly lower, although the work is in most cases the same, and sometimes more. Europe – two-speed is a concept that has recently gained popularity. What characterizes the countries of Eastern Europe, and what makes them attractive to numerous IT companies. I have already mentioned that people in these countries agree to work for low salaries. Sometimes many times lower salaries.
The quality of the education system of these countries is still at a good level, even surpassing in many aspects that of Western Europe. People from Eastern Europe are not used to seeking their rights and do not know their worth. Since the social system of these countries is inherited from the past, many people have their own home, which was first of all acquired by their parents Young people are not yet forced to buy homes en masse.
This allows greedy corporations to offer low wages and make huge profits taking advantage of this fact. Corporations do not invest in these countries, and everything they have is rented. Of course, the profits are also exported and invested in things outside the country from which they were obtained. Clever, right? This parasitic practice is a widespread phenomenon in Eastern European countries.
In many cases, the governments of various countries fail to adequately protect their citizens due to their connections to external influences. It has been suggested that these nations are governed by puppet regimes influenced by Western financial interests. Unfortunately, systems structured in this manner are unlikely to see any significant change, especially when local populations believe they are living comfortably. This perception is mostly accurate only for the puppet leaders who are in power.

Average individuals struggle with poverty, being required to work tirelessly until they reach old age, and sometimes even until death. The pension system is often inadequate, leaving people unaware of how their hard-earned money is being utilized for their retirement. Healthcare has taken on a commercial approach, resembling a marketplace rather than a place for healing.
While affluent individuals can easily purchase and undergo kidney transplants, this remains out of reach for the majority. Is this truly democracy? Sadly, yes. This reality is unfolding in Europe, a continent once admired for its culture and traditions. People are being overshadowed by the interests of a select few global corporations and investment firms. Their lives appear to hold no significance beyond their roles as laborers.

Although in many places IT salaries are slightly above the average salaries for the region, they are still very low compared to those paid “overseas”. Despite the fact that the prices of goods and services are in most cases the same everywhere, the salaries remain miserable. The IT companies themselves are obviously comfortable with this, and they do nothing, although they know perfectly well what the reality is. What’s more, they even use loopholes in the legislation and import workers from India, Africa, Pakistan and others.
The entire policy of the European Union is aimed at bringing in cheap labor from third countries. It doesn’t care at all about cultural differences. This has already started to cause problems in certain places, since the newcomers have no intention of adapting to the local environment.
Moreover, they are trying to change the environment according to their own understandings. The goal is only one – to reduce the standard of living, which will reduce the requirements for good salaries. Local people had to understand that if they do not accept low salaries, they will be replaced by immigrants from third countries. These methods are obviously destroying Europe, but the corporate masters do not care – they do not live in these countries, and do not think about doing so. For them, these countries are just “cash cows”.

Now people are thinking about how to buy a house with the miserable salary they receive, which is only enough for daily expenses. Here is the next move – the banks, which helpfully offer 30-40 year loans, so that you can buy something for which the price is pre-fixed by those with interest.
The loan you would take will make you a slave to the system, and this will very difficult to allow you to change your employer. The practice of the “serf peasants” of the past is back on the agenda. These gentlemen constantly claim that this is democracy, without believing it themselves. because, my dear readers, today the word democracy is just an empty word. You probably see it yourself.
The wealthy corporate elite are perpetually seeking more, embodying a relentless pursuit of continuous economic expansion. However, they fail to acknowledge the constraints of our finite planet, rendering their pursuit unsustainable. Ignoring the impending collapse, they remain indifferent, knowing they can easily pass on the consequences to others. Ultimately, regardless of the outcome, it is the general populace who will bear the brunt of their actions.
My question now would be – aren’t you tired of being trampled on?!
