Explaining the rationale behind creating this blog proves difficult. Intelligent individuals are already acquainted with the subject matter, rendering this blog unnecessary. Conversely, even if the uninformed read every post, comprehension remains improbable. Despite this paradox, a glimmer of hope persists that individuals can awaken and grasp the gravity of their situation. Perhaps only George Orwell, through his book Nineteen Eighty-Four, can fully elucidate this matter.
“A father, before he died, said to his son: “This is the watch your grandfather gave me and this is more than 200 years old. Before I give it to you go to the watch shop on the first street, and tell him I want to sell it, and ask how much they offer.
The son went and after several minutes, he came back to his father and said, “The watchmaker offers to pay $5 because it’s old and has a lot of scratches.” He then asked him to go to the coffee shop.
The son went and after an hour or so, he came back and said: “The coffee shop owner offers $5, father.”
“Go to the museum and show that watch”. He went ahead and then came back happily. “They offered me a million dollars for this piece.”
The father said: “I wanted to let you know that the right place values your value in a way right, don’t put yourself in the wrong place and get angry if you get treated like trash. Those who knows your value are the ones who appreciates you, don’t ever stay in a place that doesn’t suit you.”
Know your worth
This site aims to safeguard employees and job seekers from unscrupulous corporations that obfuscate crucial information during the interview process while falsely portraying themselves as reputable employers.

Some well-known corporations are trying to raise their revenues by hiring workers from low-wage countries. There would be nothing wrong with that if they paid well and didn’t treat their workers like slaves. Unfortunately, many of them come to these countries and behave like masters, and even some of them allow themselves not to respect the rights of the workers by creating internal rules. This website is maintained by a small group of volunteers who are opposed to slavery worldwide. We believe that the world would be a better place if corporations were less greedy, and if multi-billion dollar corporations did not pay the same or lower wages as the small shop on the corner. Unfortunately, this is exactly what they are doing. Your salary should not be based on the local job market, but on your responsibilities and workload. This is why these corporations are expanding to poorer countries. If we do not take action soon, our children will be living in a world of slavery.
