Kyndryl Eastern Europe Layoffs – Older Employees Are Being Targeted

Recent layoffs at Kyndryl in Eastern Europe appear to predominantly affect older and aged employees. Concerns have been raised that workforce reductions are disproportionately impacting long-serving staff members, suggesting a trend of targeting more experienced, senior personnel in these restructuring efforts.
This makes no sense. While good and stable companies try to retain their experienced employees, Kyndryl does the exact opposite, perhaps believing the myth of AI. Like any globalist company, this one thinks it can replace smart people with AI. The goal, as always, for such companies has always been the same – to leave as much money as possible for themselves, at the expense of their employees.
A few days ago, a current Kyndryl employee reached out to me, requesting that I share his story. Like many Kyndryl employees who endure ongoing psychological pressures, he wished to remain anonymous—a request I fully respect.
Honestly, I never expected to revisit this topic or discuss this company again because I would be much focused of the bad economical status of European Union, ruined by its “leaders” . I assumed Kyndryl`s reputation was already well-established, and that the abundance of articles and opinions available online would offer sufficient warning. Unfortunately, the number of people harmed by globalist corporations continues to grow. With this in mind, I feel compelled to draw attention to Kyndryl Eastern Europe this time.
Special attention should be given to this region, as it appears that local governments often neglect to protect employees from the influence of powerful corporations. This issue is particularly evident in Poland, the Czech Republic , Romania, and Bulgaria, where governments and human rights organizations seem to be heavily influenced by the “deep state” and multinational globalism mindset. Over the past year, this situation has become increasingly apparent and is no longer a secret to the general public. In contrast, Slovakia and Hungary have taken a firm stand against globalist domination, offering a glimmer of hope for everyday citizens.
The employee I wish to discuss is undoubtedly a highly skilled specialist, but there appears to be one significant and, unfortunately, insurmountable obstacle: his age. Now over 50 years old, he was placed on the bench a month ago. It is clear that he is perceptive enough to recognize what a charade this so-called ‘bench’ really is. He is also fully aware that, on an individual level, proving age discrimination can be extremely challenging.
However, this issue could be more easily substantiated if the government in this Eastern European country began systematically collecting data on workforce layoffs and analyzing any correlations with age. Such an approach is straightforward in theory, but, regrettably, remains unlikely in states with lingering colonial administrative legacies.
I offer this suggestion merely as a thought, should any government official happen across this blog for reasons other than seeking entertainment websites.
They are well aware of age discrimination. The logical step would be to lower the retirement age, yet they won’t—because they depend on your labor. It’s a vicious cycle that can be broken only by replacing the entire colonial administration, which long ago stopped serving workers and now serves only itself.

The idea of the Kyndryl bench is to isolate the employees from their other colleagues. This avoids many problems, such as the conflicting questions within the team itself that could arise. It is much easier to remove an employee in an environment where no one knows anyone. Globalist dirty tricks.
Don’t get me wrong—there have been no official layoffs at Kyndryl Eastern Europe. Instead, all employees depart voluntarily, at least on paper. This is a classic corporate tactic often exploited by unethical companies. Such organizations rely on the fact that employees are either unaware of their rights or lack confidence in their legal system. Personally, I believe the latter is more often the case.
The most common deceptive practice works as follows: Employees are encouraged to sign separation agreements, carefully drafted to appear as if the resignation was initiated by the employee. This manipulative approach allows the company to avoid legal responsibility and preserve its reputation. Unfortunately, this strategy tends to be effective. Since all communication regarding these departures is conducted verbally, affected employees are left with little evidence to defend their rights in court.
The employee is explained, again verbally only!, that while he is on the bench he can find some project that would allow him to revise his dismissal and continue working. This may be true, but not for employees who are destined to be dismissed. All such conversations are held only verbally so as not to leave evidence, and so that there is nothing official. Take it easy , You will never have a new project , and it is already decided. So do not worry, Its not your fault!
I can understand the local management. They are under a lot of pressure from the global management to generate profits. They have to make their people work much harder for the same pay. This is not easy. On the other hand, I don’t understand why they never say “no”, and don’t resist this obvious feudalism and neocolonialism. They think this is normal, but it’s not. This is the “new normal“
In this way, they are acting as “weapons” in the hands of the globalists, which is directed against their own colleagues. Smart people understand this, but the indoctrinated people do not. After all, they themselves wanted to be managers, and they can leave at any time. If they don’t have loans, but the system has certainly pressured them to take out loans, because this is a very strong way of controlling the masses.
The employees who are subject to certain dismissal are people who do not accept the current model of Kyndryl, are smart enough, or just resist to the indoctrination process, to judge what trap they want to put them in, or those over 50 years old. According to management, the only way to stop your departure is to take on some very thankless project that no one else wants to take, or a project with impossible conditions.

The indoctrination model is quite simple. At first, as a newcomer , the work environment seems quite normal and like any normal job. They give you the impression that the job is good. This usually lasts from 3 to 12 months. Then, slowly but surely, they pile on more and more work (they call this growth) while accidentally forgetting to increase your salary. They very successfully use the “boiling frog” syndrome. But, as Obi-Wan Kenobi said – this only works on weak minds.
There are such, and the globalists have been in a panic lately, and are trying to squeeze the most out of their employees before kicking them out. Please note that almost all information in this company is hidden from the employees. This seems normal when talking about the Neocolonialism model.
Kyndryl has been in a very unenviable financial state lately, and is frantically trying to keep its stock prices at bay, at all costs. After Gotham City revealed that Kyndryl was manipulating the stock market – the trust of this company has collapsed once again. Here I want to add that this is not just a patent of Kyndyrl. Other companies do this too, and it is a characteristic signature of all companies that are occupied by hedge funds. Regarding age-based dismissals, yes, this is obvious discrimination. I asked Google and here is what it found for me:
AI Overview

Kyndryl is facing lawsuits and reports alleging that older workers were disproportionately targeted for layoffs as part of a strategy to bring in “new blood”. Leaked internal data from 2023 showed that laid-off workers had a significantly higher average age (55) compared to the overall mainframe group workforce (35). A class-action lawsuit in the U.S. claims Kyndryl engaged in discriminatory practices by targeting older employees for termination and preventing them from taking open positions within the company.
Allegations and Lawsuits
- Targeted Layoffs: Multiple lawsuits and reports allege that Kyndryl’s layoffs disproportionately affected older employees.
- “New Blood” Strategy:
Some former employees and lawsuits claim that Kyndryl was trying to infuse the workforce with younger workers and prioritize “new blood” over experienced, older staff.
- Denial of Opportunities:
Older workers were allegedly denied opportunities for advancement and kept off open positions, with the company allegedly preferring to hire younger candidates.
Evidence and Data
- Leaked Internal Data: A 2023 report revealed that Kyndryl’s internal data showed 156 workers, with an average age of 55, were laid off.

While in the USA it seems that people still manage to defend their rights and sue the company, in Eastern Europe it seems that this cannot happen.
Sadly, it seems that the corrupt governments in these countries are working against their own people, and in service of dirty corporations. To the employee who contacted me, I can say:
Leaving this company will undoubtedly bring you relief. There are clear signs that the situation here has deteriorated significantly. Kyndryl is in crisis, rapidly losing the trust of both its clients and its employees. Unfortunately, it seems no one within the organization knows how to reverse this downward spiral.
Most of the talented individuals have already left, leaving behind only disengaged employees who simply count down the hours until they can clock out and collect their paychecks. They also left those “know-it-alls” who have memorized what IT is but have no sense of it. Copy/paste technicians and all other “office plankton” who make more noise than actually work. Yes, this environment has become very toxic.
There is little reason to continue subjecting yourself to low compensation and high stress, especially in an environment where profit is valued above all else. There is no point in selling your knowledge and skills for pennies when you work on projects and are actually paid as BAU support.
This is the present “Democracy” in colonized Europe today; don’t be surprised! This was expected, as Europe has puppet politics, already owned by several global corporations and known hedge funds. As they have no idea what to do and are still sponsoring the war in Europe, I think the situation will get even worse! As soon as possible, we have to remove those clowns and make Europe great again.
In this company, it seems that most of the people who work are dependent people. The company loves dependent people. Most often, the dependence is on the salary, and on the visa. The salary, except for the useless management, is most often enough for the employees to pay their expenses. Although the technicians do very complex things, their pay is always below what they really deserve. The work environment is more like a farm than an IT workplace, where those who are still left have to be “milked” as much as possible.
The company has no intention of offering lighter, less stressful roles to its older colleagues. Instead, it demonstrates indifference by dismissing them and replacing them with younger hires who have lower salary expectations, then pressuring those hires to do everything without a corresponding increase in pay. People see through this tactic. This organization is not invested in your development; its idea of “growth” is simply more work for the same compensation.
Say your goodbyes—you’ll likely feel ten years younger once you’ve moved on. Seek out a company that respects its employees’ autonomy, rather than relying on tools like Workday or other intrusive applications to monitor every move and to brainwash you, and report all of our steps to the global management. . If possible, shed the forced positivity and corporate jargon you’ve been required to use here; you won’t need these coping mechanisms in a healthy work environment.
In general, avoid companies that seek to indoctrinate staff, treating them as little more than obedient robots. I’m confident you’ll feel much happier and more at ease elsewhere. Remember, humans were not meant to spend their lives in servitude. Life should be more fulfilling than that.

Indoctrination has proved effective in certain societies, enabling corporations to extract ever greater value from their employees. Its central mechanism is concealment: those being conditioned do not realize it is happening. Teams of psychologists, marketers, and organizational consultants design and refine these systems, and their compensation is trivial compared with the profits derived from a compliant workforce. Unfortunately, most people fail to recognize indoctrination even as they experience it—and that very invisibility is what makes it so successful.
It seems some people do understand it, as evidenced by the graffiti appearing around the company’s premises. Photo courtesy by one of our readers.
I’m sure you’ll understand exactly what I mean once you’ve made your exit. have a look at Kyndryl – questions and answers.
My advice is: stay away from any toxic globalist structure in the future ! Save your life
