Kyndryl questions and answers
Hello everyone,
During the year 2024, we received numerous inquiries concerning this particular company. In this response, I will consolidate these queries and provide some answers based on my personal opinion and the experiences shared by my colleagues. Additionally, please note that these responses may be applicable to other similar companies such as Infosys, NNIT, TietoEvry, HCL and several others that claim to be IT companies but in reality, they are nothing more than peoples`s resellers seeking significant profits for themselves. So lets start now

Kyndryl retains the same ownership as before its rebranding, meaning that the only difference lies in the company’s new name. Among the notable hedge fund companies such as Blackrock and Vanguard, whose primary objective is profit maximization, it appears that their main focus is acquiring as many companies as possible even countries. The individuals behind these companies remain unknown, although rumors suggest that one of the affluent individuals manages these companies to avoid disclosing their identity to the public.
The driving force that binds this community together is a relentless pursuit of greed. They constantly crave expansion and disregard the fact that our planet’s resources are finite. Despite paying bare minimum wages, they will continuously emphasize your significance. Their true nature becomes evident through their actions and you shall easily identify them by their behavior.

Kyndryl asserts itself as an IT enterprise company, but I have doubts regarding this claim. In reality, Kyndryl acts merely as a reseller of IT services but mostly peoples, lacking any tangible assets aside from its personnel. The company sells both individuals and products, none of which are developed by Kyndryl. Typically, the profit margins for Kyndryl vs salary expenses range from 3:1 to 5:1, sometimes even surpassing these figures.
This proves highly lucrative for the company, although they publicly declare operating at a loss. In truth, this statement may hold some validity as the earnings are funneled into another business venture that is currently yet to generate profit. These are merely trading tactics cleverly employed by Kyndryl, often at the expense of their workforce.

Numerous other firms operate in a similar manner, understanding that they can yield substantial profits with minimal or zero investment. This approach bears resemblances to the modus operandi employed by mafia organizations in bygone eras. These companies adeptly exploit people’s lack of knowledge, occasionally even provoking it intentionally. This exceedingly lucrative model has thrived for the past decade or so, but its sustainability hangs in the balance due to the evolving global landscape.
No matter your position, your salary will always be underestimated. This is a key purpose of Kyndryl’s East Europe facilities and India. In that way, they are able to create huge profit. Due to the fact that people in these countries don’t know their rights, Kyndryl does not want to define the job positions. In such countries, labor is not well protected, even missing.
This allows the companies to create “near slavery” work conditions. Internal rules only matter here. The company operates as “a country within a country,” ignoring the local labor code. Kyndryl Europe forces its employees to use FTE model, while this is not mentioned in the employee contract. This allows the company to “squeeze” as much effort as possible from employees and also underestimates their job.
Kyndryl has tons of tools designed to monitor your activities, behavior, mood, and many others. Many people have their salaries only for watching you. They mask those tools and activities, telling you that they care about your security. This is not true. Recently, AI was involved in the monitoring part, and they will watch all your steps. The information is only accessible to Kyndryl Global. So guys, pay attention to this. AI usually does not know and does not care about the details, circumstances, and your personality. AI is blind and stupid, but it will keep you in subjection. This is your real boss.
Job security: There is no such thing. They will keep you in their job only as long as you bring them profits. Your knowledge and experience have no bearing on your future. The moment the client you work for decides to leave, they will most likely force you to leave too. Lately, most clients are fleeing this company, and many workers will become redundant. These circumstances are beyond your control, but they will make you feel guilty for everything that happens in the company.
If you are willing to have a long-term and reliable job – avoid Kyndryl. If you are an honest and loyal person, dedicated to your job – avoid Kyndryl, they will not have the same approach to you. In addition, they will destroy your personality and your vision, your understanding of normality. They will smash you and throw you out.

Work environment and colleagues: It’s already hard to find normal colleagues at work. Most have already left. The rest are looking for other opportunities, seeing what’s happening. You will have the feeling that there are only robots around you. Many of them were normal people before, but the company has crushed them. The work environment is more than toxic and oppressive. This will bring you health problems at a later stage.
Most people have already lost their identity and have become just a tool for making money. While stress is the exception in many companies, in this company, it is the norm. Here, people with a technical background are mainly affected. In fact, these are the people who actually do the real work in this company.

Redundant employees: You are probably will be very surprised to see how many redundant people and positions exist in Kyndryl. Usually, these redundant job roles are the most desired positions in Kyndryl. If you are a technician, expect the most thankless job you have ever seen. But they are useless only for the job you are doing because they will not help you in any way. But they are very useful to the company. Through such positions, the company has a reason to take more money from customers.
That is, they have only figurative value. The company declares to customers that certain people work for them, and the customer pays on this basis. But in fact, these people do not have any useful role within the company itself. Moreover, if you are a technician, you will have to do their work because their role is only figurative. A disgusting business model, right?

This company, as well as many similar others, work on the famous old Roman Empire model. The Roman empire model consists of 3 layers – Elite, Guards and Slaves. The Elite can be seen in Davos, where they often organize sex orgies, and try to change the world in their favor. Their formal leader – Klaus Schwab, is known for his maxim – “You will own nothing, and you will be happy“. For a long time, the development of this model was kept secret, but it could no longer be hidden. People began to see slavery everywhere, and began to react. Now the elite is very worried. Although they have a plan B, their panic is growing.
They tried to finance and start several wars, but it seems that they have already lost one. Now they are looking for someone to pay for the costs, which are enormous. This role should naturally be taken over by the “slaves”, and the “guards” were given new and more aggressive instructions. The guards themselves are divided into several layers, depending on how close they are to the elite.
I think this model is already visible enough to everyone. We all have contact only with the lowest layer of guards, known as managers. Their work is very thankless, and they will also be kicked out when they become unnecessary. Unfortunately, many of them do not realize what they are put in, and go directly against their subordinates. It is known that during the Hitler concentration camps, the most cruel guards were not the Germans, but the local peoples, appointed as guards. It is the same now.
So, Instead, their involvement is determined solely by the potential for profit. It is crucial to understand that there are no established regulations in place, and it is highly unlikely that any will be implemented in the future. This absence of rules puts you at a significant disadvantage. Your contractual position holds little meaning, as you can be easily pulled into any situation, regardless of your knowledge or desires, without any ability to object. The absence of legal protection leaves you vulnerable, as your rights have already been preemptively stripped away.
As a result, their preferences lie in countries where human and labor rights are systematically undermined and overlooked. Often, these countries maintain a colonial status, with governments effectively acting as unofficial employees of hedge funds. Unfortunately, the countries in question hardly reap any substantial benefits from this arrangement. The circulation of money does not flow through their economies, and the only advantage they derive is the taxes paid by the workers themselves. Regrettably, the companies typically do not invest in the countries where they operate; instead, they rely on rented resources

The company’s operational methods have become apparent to customers, leading them to refrain from renewing their contracts. Due to various reasons such as intricate organizational structures or tarnished reputation, it has become increasingly difficult for this company to secure new contracts or attract clients. Consequently, Kyndryl employees face considerable unease when dealing with the company’s existing customer base. Moreover, the remuneration they receive is consistently undervalued and falls below the industry average for comparable firms.

I am skeptical about the future of companies like Kyndryl. There are several factors that contribute to this skepticism. Firstly, customers have lost trust in such inefficient companies. They have come to realize that it is better to have their own support system and rely on people they can trust. Some companies have recognized that “Cloud services” are not as reliable and secure as they were led to believe. In addition prices could be increased in any moment.
As a result, they have stepped back from the global Cloud frenzy and begun building their own infrastructures. This may seem expensive at first, but it turns out cheaper in the long run The world is no longer dominated by a single power, which means clients now have multiple choices. It is no longer possible for someone to dictate which services you must use. This way of thinking belongs in the past. The globalist approach is no longer preferred.
Many European countries have embarked on a pursuit of independence, seeking to thrive as autonomous entities. This growing trend in Europe signifies a shift away from a global dominance scenario, with customers increasingly unwilling to rely solely on specific companies. As a symbol of globalism, Kyndryl will inevitably witness a decline in its customer base, with only those who are forced to use its services or still under the influence of globalist tendencies remaining loyal. However, their numbers will dwindle over time. Unless Kyndryl alters its approach, its demise seems imminent.

I strongly advise against engaging with companies that merely exploit people’s skills for their own profit while providing subpar compensation. Although it may require more effort, it is essential to diligently search for a future job opportunity at a different company that will treat you as an integral part of their team.
I would not recommend a company that constantly manipulates and controls your thoughts, but rather one that respects you and helps you feel integrated. Look for an organization that places trust in its employees and refrains from using invasive tracking tools, especially those created by Microsoft. I firmly believe that our world would be a much better place without intermediaries between individuals and clients. We do not need such parasites, as we are capable of thriving without them!
Good luck to all of you! Remember to exercise caution when considering job offers from companies that claim to be IT companies, but are only IT services resellers. Stay sharp!
