Kyndryl -The Party is over

Thank you for your interest in our article Kyndryl. Questions and answers. We have received over 10 emails since its publication. Despite attempts by Google search engines to conceal our blog posts, it seems that many people are still reading and asking questions. It is disheartening to hear that most individuals claim their managers are unwilling to provide direct and honest answers, instead hiding behind idle conversations. Rest assured, this behavior aligns with their job description, as local managers are intended to act as intermediaries between employees and the true, but hidden employer. They essentially serve as buffers.
It is important to recognize that they are in the same position as you, striving to maintain their job security and pay off their debts. Unfortunately, many managers either fail to comprehend this reality or are too self-centered to align with their employees. Consequently, I find myself fulfilling their role.
You can find a wealth of specific details available here, as Kyndryl is essentially a spin-off of IBM GTS. In fact, some argue that it’s functionally the same company, simply rebranded.

Be smart, guys , because You can find the answers by yourselves.I know that in such companies a informational blackout exist Just throw away corporate propaganda and use your brain to think. Put corporate spam in the trash and take a look around. Do you know how many clients decided to leave Kyndryl? Do you know the reason? They would not tell you. Most probably, you can feel or hear that customers are leaving because of your colleagues or rumors, but no one from your management will tell you.
Managers are also objects of corporate propaganda and have no idea what’s happened. This is a well-designed corporate strategy to control people. Most of you live in “The Matrix,” an unreal world, or a world of illusions. They tell you that they are very concerned about you, and you are constantly being told this, but if you look around you, it turns out that this concern is simply missing. Did you notice it? It’s easy. This is called hypocrisy.
Well, you said that the company put lot of people on the bench, or many people were expecting that to happen and some people sent their resignations in advance, just to avoid the humiliating treatment of the company. Why? Just because of their “bright future” that they expected would never happen. Such companies still thinking now about how to survive, without knowing that they are already dead. If not, it is a matter of time because this model is no longer possible. I can understand that they made a lot of money using this model. I fully understand that it is not easy to make money without investing in the people or owning assets.
Making money out of nothing, standing between the ignorance of the customer and the worker. That’s over. They are still trying to survive in the market by decreasing not useless expenses but the technical staff. It sounds crazy, right? These people live in a parallel reality, but I think people are starting to wake up. Remember what Elon Musk did, putting the “office plankton” in the trash bin. There are no managers there who can do it, because they have to start with themselves first.
There are clear reasons why trust has been lost, both from the perspective of customers and Kyndryl employees. After separating from IBM, Kyndryl made promises of significant changes that were ultimately not fulfilled. In fact, the situation worsened instead of improving. The decision made by the actual owners of the company to appoint MARTIN J. SCHROETER as CEO was a tactical mistake. This individual is currently facing legal action for fraud, an issue that has not gone unnoticed by customers. You may have a look also here.
To make matters worse, Kyndryl has been engaging in unethical practices, seeking to exploit customers and maximize profits at every opportunity. It was entirely predictable that such a company, unwilling to change, would find itself in this predicament. Instead of taking responsibility, they consistently shift blame onto their employees, as they have done in the past.

In the past, IBM-GTS now Kyndryl sent a lot of signals that the model would no longer accepted by the customers. Customers started to depart as early as 2018, and the IBM – Kyndryl transformation only accelerated this process. Customers no longer need someone to sit between their infrastructure and system administrators. They realized that the model is just a parasitic behavior. Many companies started hiring their own IT staff, and this is a smart move. No one can support your IT infrastructure better than yourself. This was already known, but the globalists were already prepared for the next move.
A few companies invented the next scam – cloud computing – trying to make as many companies as possible dependent and under their control. And I must admit that they largely succeeded in doing so. This was a huge propaganda effort, with immense pressure on some countries and their governments (mostly in Europe). Oh yes, they paid to the key peoples in the country governments to do as they wanted. Then many small companies were forced to use only specific products by certain corporations. But this is another topic how the present globalist companies gain new customers.
The aforementioned topic briefly touches upon the negative aspects of these corporations. However, let us now address your concerns as outlined in your emails now

Kyndryl has proactively taken steps to safeguard itself against potential challenges. As many have mentioned, the company intends to relocate technical job positions to India, while maintaining its sales departments in Europe. This decision was made in response to the preferences of certain customers who feel more comfortable receiving technical support from professionals within Europe. Consequently, only a limited number of departments will remain operational. Now, let’s explore the type of customers who continue to utilize Kyndryl’s services. Firstly, there are customers who still hold contracts with the former entity, IBM-GTS, which is now known as Kyndryl.
However, there are rumors circulating that these contracts will not be renewed upon expiration. Secondly, Kyndryl has managed to retain customers who have a relatively small presence in the IT market. Lastly, there are customers who have common owners as companies associated with the same investment funds. It is important to note that some customers are growing disillusioned with Kyndryl’s support model, perceiving it as exploitative.
Many procedures, labeled as “best practices,” primarily aim to maximize profit from customers. It is crucial to recognize that this is not because Kyndryl intends to increase employee salaries, invest in employee skills, or develop unique hardware. So, one might wonder, where does the generated revenue go? I won’t provide the answer, as that is for you to explore. However, I can offer a hint. Simply search for information on the internet about the owners of Kyndryl and examine their other ventures and investments worldwide. It should become evident to you. Ultimately, it is up to you to decide whether you wish to be associated with such practices.
While IBM is primarily recognized as a technology developer and provider, Kyndryl primarily operates as a service vendor. The prevailing impression is that its senior management falls short in handling IT needs and projects, and appears to be lacking a comprehensive understanding of the IT sector in general, and customer preferences in particular. Adding to their challenges, Kyndryl seems to struggle with effective IT staff management. They persist in the belief that an IT expert should possess an all-encompassing skill set. This attitude is likely to impede their future progress and it forebodes a not so distant future when Kyndryl could face the loss of its remaining client base inherited from IBM. As the staff say – then the party will be over.
Kyndryl is currently undergoing significant workforce reductions in both the United States and Europe, but instead of eliminating positions entirely, they are transferring them to India. Unfortunately, the affected employees are not being provided with this information, as the truth is being concealed. To hire new personnel, Kyndryl primarily relies on the platform Indeed, which enables them to target specific geographical regions. At present, there are more than 400 open job positions being advertised on Indeed India. Thus, you can assess the situation for yourself and draw your own conclusions.

So, let’s take a look at your role in this company. It seems that some of you feel overloaded and stressed. It seems that some of you are underestimated and underpaid. It seems that some of you are still asking yourselves – “What am I still doing here?” If you still notice these signs, that means you are still alive. You are still a human being because robots do not have such feelings.
But now I have to disappoint you – such companies no longer need people who have feelings and sense. They need emotionless robots only. They have already found some and realized that it’s working, despite the negative effect it has on customers. But who really cares about the customers? This role is assigned only to you!
The current scenario bears resemblance to feudalism, with a resurgence of a government system that prioritizes hierarchical power. However, unlike the feudal lords of the past who recognized the importance of their workers and their dependence on them, modern-day feudal lords appear more concerned with attending lavish parties such as those in Davos, rather than the well-being of their workers.
But is there a way out of this situation? It seems hopeless, but there is. Start by realizing your individuality. Start by understanding that you can do without them, but they can’t do without you. There is no one to work for them if it’s not you. Their entire structure is based on your labor. They have nothing but hollow investment money. They use the money collected from you, through health insurance, pensions, property insurance, and pay you with it. Doesn’t it seem very cynical to you? But it’s a fact, they don’t produce anything real.
Once you start doing it, for sure they will notice it. They pay high attention to the “different” behavior of people, and try to crush such individuals in the beginning. To avoid such differences in advance, they have a very good propaganda machine. Let’s say there are people who exist to watch for such individuals if HR initially passes them through.
Start by figuring out how much your services cost and how much you end up receiving. Visit a lawyer, a doctor, or a dentist and ask how much they charge per hour. Then, look at your pay slip. Think about whether it’s worth sacrificing your health, working in stress and ungratefulness, burning your eyes with bad lighting and cheap monitors. Consider whether you manage to save anything from what you receive and how long it will take to buy a home. Why does a plumber or electrician get paid much more per hour than you? Where does the difference actually go?! Let me tell you, or perhaps you’ve already guessed it. If not, please start reading from above.

What advice can I offer you personally? Firstly, do not let fear consume you. Life is too fleeting to be spent as a subordinate, and toiling away for almost nothing. Even if you find yourself on the sidelines, resist succumbing to their propaganda. They will attempt to demean and overpower you, in order to assert their dominance.I fear and pity more those who will remain. They will be placed in a very unusual and tense situation. Their masters are mired in debts and frauds that someone has to pay.
Refuse to surrender and maintain your dignity. As previously mentioned, you have the capability to persevere without them, while they are dependent on you for survival. Look them directly in the eye and speak the truth. When the facts are on your side, they cannot dispute you. Remember, there exists a multitude of other companies where you can secure employment, and in many of them, you will receive the recognition and satisfaction you rightfully deserve. There is no need to salvage failing companies and their inept, avaricious management. It is simply not worthwhile.
Life after the layoff
Leaving this company will likely bring a tremendous sense of relief. You might initially feel some stress from being unemployed, but it will be far less intense than the pressure you currently experience and will likely dissipate quickly. I had a comparable experience with a similar American corporation previously. Be aware that the working methods at Kyndryl could potentially hinder you in the future.

The company’s operational practices are not always professional, and if you’ve lost sight of what constitutes truly professional work, you might encounter difficulties in your next role. Therefore, I strongly advise you to distance yourself from this organization, which feels more like a “farm” than a professional environment, as swiftly as possible. This realization will likely dawn on you later.
Tips for finding a new job: Always check the opinions of people who work or have worked before. The easiest way to do this is with Google Maps, but there are many other places, such as Glassdoor, for example. Always check who is behind the company you are applying for. If you find that the company is owned by Blackrock and Vanguard – I strongly recommend you stay away from these companies and their derivatives! These are hedge funds whose sole purpose is profit. They are not interested in anything other than profit. The companies they have already taken over are experiencing enormous difficulties because they are being sucked out financially, which doesoms their future existence to failure.

Furthermore, hedge funds are known to strategically influence governments to increase the influx of immigrants from third countries, aiming to decrease the value of local labor. This trend is prominent across Europe, leading to growing resentment within societies. Not only does this manipulation devalue the labor market, but it also results in immigrants disregarding local customs and regulations. Consequently, there has been a surge in crime rates as many immigrants, despite accepting low wages, show reluctance to work and instead rely heavily on social welfare systems. I recall a specific incident in 2009 when IBM had to arrange charter flights to bring in workers as local individuals were unwilling to take up employment with the company.

The people who serve these companies are in eternal stress because they are being pressured to give more and more. Always check the turnover of workers in this company. If the turnover is high, it only means that this company uses incorrect methods when hiring people. Salary is never the most important part, but it is a sure indicator of the state of the company. Good companies never ask the question – what are your expectations for salary. A good company always has a well-maintained contract and job description. Last but not least, a good company always takes care of its employees and doesn’t mess with them.
In conclusion, I can say to our readers – be careful not to become a victim of fraud, or to be involved in a fraud scheme. Fraud is always adorned with good intentions and slogans. I personally find some similarity in the video that I will show you. Be careful!
Be smart, guys!

Massive brainwashing is going on right now.
The company is experiencing a lack of new contracts and is blaming its employees for this. Employees are experiencing daily stress because no one is telling us what is really happening. The incompetent management at Kyndryl global continues to focus only on the numbers and has no idea how to get out of the situation. The rest, I guess, is like North Korea. More money is spent on monitoring employees than on their training. I don’t see any future, unless perhaps the entire staff of Kyndryl Global, and a lot of the local management, are changed.
